Connecting TIQ Time to your telephony platform is extremely important for improving customer satisfaction and working more efficiently. With our integration tool Bubble, a time entry is sent to TIQ Time at the end of the conversation so it can be made billable.
Gateway
For this integration, Bubble acts as a gateway. This means you can disable all of Bubble's pop-up functionalities, as Bubble in this configuration only ensures that your telephony environment can communicate with TIQ Time.
Functionalities
The integration method allows you to see a time entry in TIQ Time at the end of the conversation. Optionally, you can link a second legal package to access more information about the caller. If available and applicable, you can provide a so-called MatterID at the end of the conversation, allowing the time entry to be directly linked to a case in TIQ Time.
In addition to the gateway function mentioned, Bubble offers many more features. For instance, you can activate multiple CRM integrations under the same user at no extra cost, which can be convenient if your company uses multiple software applications. Here is a list of some key features for you:
- Dialing out with one click on a phone number in your CRM, browser or other program with the Click & Call feature.
- At the end of every call, there will be pushed a Time Entry to the TIQ Time, so that every call is logged in the TIQTime.
- Easy and secure login based on Single sign-on (Microsoft, Google or Apple account).
Customization
To meet your specific needs, Bubble is equipped with the Automations module. With this module it is possible to add your own If-This-Then-That flows. Think, for example, of running a script or automatically opening the call-note-screen instead of having to click it open.
Technical
Connecting Bubble - and thus the TIQTime Software CRM connector - to your telephony platform is very easy. The procedure is different per telephony platform but one thing they all have in common, you don't have to be a technician to do it.

Bubble is hosted in the cloud, so no local installation is required. Note: This option requires the Bubble Cloud add-on license. For cloud hosting, it is always necessary for our cloud IP addresses to have access to the CRM/telephony environment.

A template must be used when cloning profiles because user authorization takes place, which cannot be cloned.

Bubble Gateway Integration
Bubble Gateway Integration is developed for CRM, EPD and ERP applications that have their own integrated telephony module. Bubble handles the technical processing of incoming and outgoing calls, status changes and other telephony actions, and ensures that these – with the proper authentication – are securely passed on to the CRM, or in the case of outgoing calls, to the telephony platform. Which functionalities the end user sees is entirely determined by what the CRM supports. Bubble Gateway Integration connects, the CRM decides.
