Connecting SAP C4C embedded to your telephony platform is extremely important for improving customer satisfaction and working more efficiently. With our integration tool Bubble, during an incoming or outgoing phone call, you no longer have to search for customer data manually but it appears directly in a pop-up notification on your PC screen and from there you can perform various actions such as opening a relation card.
Embedded Pop-up notification
Bubble has a number of unique features. This integration ensures that you immediately get all relevant customer data on a phone call. From the overview that appears, which can also be fully customised by the user, department or company, you can immediately perform the desired action. The information you can display in the pop-up can be found under tab parameters and the available buttons under tab buttons. When transferring a call to a colleague, the customer information moves with it. By default, the pop-up notification in SAP C4C embedded is visible from the moment your softphone, desk phone or other device rings until the call ends.
Functionalities
In addition to the above mentioned pop-up notification capabilities, Bubble is equipped with many more functionalities. If you also use other applications, you can even show the CRM information or buttons from other applications in the SAP C4C embedded integration, if you wish. The full list of features can be found under tab functions, but we have already listed a few important ones for you:
- With Call Control, you control your desk phone, softphone or other device directly from SAP C4C embedded (provided your telephony platform supports it).
- Search CRM contact information directly in the Searchbar desktop application even if there is no phone call at that time.
- The Call Waiting function lets you easily switch between pop-up notifications of incoming phone calls.
- If several relations are known under one number you can browse through the results with the Multi result function.
- Self-created fields in your CRM can be shown in the pop-up thanks to the Custom Field feature.
- The Call History function allows you to see all contact moments with the phone number over the last 90 days so you can immediately see which colleague had the last contact.
- At the end of every call, there will be pushed a Call Log to the CRM, so that every call is logged under the relation card in the CRM.
- Immediately create a conversation note in the Live Activity Center of SAP C4C so that it is recorded in the Call Log.
- Easy and secure login based on Single sign-on (Microsoft, Google or Apple account).
Customization
To meet your specific needs, Bubble is equipped with the Automations module. With this module it is possible to add your own If-This-Then-That flows. Think, for example, of running a script or automatically opening the call-note-screen instead of having to click it open.
Technical
Connecting Bubble - and thus the SAP C4C embedded Software CRM connector - to your telephony platform is very easy. The procedure is different per telephony platform but one thing they all have in common, you don't have to be a technician to do it.

Click to dial from CRM
Start an outgoing telephone call with one mouse click from your CRM application or any website.

Hotkey dial from CRM
Is a phone number not clickable in your CRM? With this function you can still make a call.

Select a phone number and get a suggestion to call directly.

Activity Hub
In the Activity Hub, you can view activities such as a call log with notes or a conversation transcription that still needs to be saved in the CRM. You can choose to do this automatically or manually. Notes and transcriptions can be edited before they are written to the CRM.

Call control
Provided your telephony platform supports it, full call control is available in the pop-up notification. This allows you to control your desk phone, softphone or other device from the notification.

Call logging (+AI transcription)
Call details, call notes, and an AI transcript of the conversation can be stored directly in your CRM under the customer record. To save AI transcripts, the connected telephony platform must support this feature.

Call waiting
If you receive a second call while already on the phone, the Bubble365 apps will display this second call at the bottom of the pop-up notification, allowing you to easily switch with a single mouse click. In other apps, a second notification will appear instead.

The custom fields that have been created in the CRM application yourself can also be used to display in the pop-up.

SearchBar
Search CRM contact information from the 'SearchBar' desktop toolbar. From here you can open the customer card, start a phone call directly, send an email/WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams message or view the call history. Bubble Desktop
Bubble is installed on each user/workstation and runs locally on the user's computer.

Bubble Cloud
Bubble is hosted in the cloud, so no local installation is required. Note: This option requires the Bubble Cloud add-on license. For cloud hosting, it is always necessary for our cloud IP addresses to have access to the CRM/telephony environment.

Realtime API (user based)
Authentication with CRM application at user level. Please note, if you want to clone the profiles to other users in the organization, the user data will be copied also. To prevent this, you can request a clone template from us that does not copy these values.

A template must be used when cloning profiles because user authorization takes place, which cannot be cloned.
